In order to comply with credit card industry rules, ACH industry rules, U.S. law, EU law and requests from verified US judiciary or law enforcement agents. Customers requesting serial or repeated returns may be blocked from making further purchases using the BeeTech services.

If your refund request is granted by our sales team, the transaction will typically be processed within 10 days of receiving it. The refund for the net price of your claim will be processed through the same method as the original payment.
